Overall it was a very informative and organised training unlike any other. The only shortfall in this whole ToT is that we couldn’t get a hands-on experience because there is no physical training facility outside the factories of manufacturers. The trainers are excellent in these act and I truly love to sit in another class of their. It was a very pleasant experience and everyone was trying to give their input without fear of right or not. It had been years of training only for majority of the candidates and they pulled out the student inside us. There were some unique training methods like collaborative assignments and motivation for pre-learning. It is quite helpful to hear their experience along with their teaching. This was a must to attend training for any automotive trainer. I have to thank FCDA and ASDC to come up with such a relevant training in this time.
